• How do I get an account? Accounts are not created in the app. Customer and staff accounts are set up by the Company; please contact us.
• I changed phones and cannot sign in. Your account is bound to one phone. Signing in on a new phone sends a request to the administrator; once approved you can sign in.
• Can I browse the catalogue without signing in? Yes, the product catalogue is available without an account.

Hesap ve veri silme talebi

Hesabınızın kapatılmasını ve kişisel verilerinizin silinmesini (KVKK m.11) istiyorsanız, hesabınıza kayıtlı e-posta adresinden kvkk@cheeft.com adresine "Hesap silme talebi" konulu bir e-posta gönderin; kullanıcı adınızı ya da cari kodunuzu belirtin. Talebiniz en geç 30 gün içinde ücretsiz sonuçlandırılır.

• Silinen: mobil hesap, bağlı telefon kayıtları, oturumlar, uygulama bildirimleri.
• Yasal saklama yükümlülüğü olan kayıtlar (ör. fatura, proforma, sipariş gibi ticari kayıtlar ve güvenlik kayıtları) ilgili mevzuatın öngördüğü süre boyunca saklanır, sonra silinir veya anonimleştirilir.
• Uygulamayı silmek hesabınızı silmez; hesabınız bu talep ile kapatılır.

Account and data deletion request

To close your account and have your personal data deleted, send an e-mail titled "Account deletion request" from the e-mail address registered to your account to kvkk@cheeft.com, stating your username or account code. Requests are completed free of charge within 30 days.

• Deleted: mobile account, bound device records, sessions, in-app notifications.
• Records we are legally required to keep (e.g. invoices, proformas, orders and security logs) are retained for the statutory period and then deleted or anonymised.
• Uninstalling the app does not delete your account; your account is closed through this request.
